Rotator cuff, impingement, biceps tendinopathy — usually presenting alongside compensations in the neck and thoracic spine. We treat the connected kinetic chain, not just the painful joint.
If three or more sound familiar, a 45-minute clinical assessment will tell you what is producing them — and whether our care is the right path for your condition.
Book consultation — $88 →Shoulder pain has many causes — rotator cuff strain or tear, shoulder impingement, biceps tendinopathy, AC joint dysfunction, and referred pain from the cervical spine. The right treatment depends on identifying which structures are involved.
We assess the shoulder as part of a connected kinetic chain — including the cervical spine, scapula, and thoracic spine — and design treatment around the actual pain generator. Most non-surgical shoulder pain responds to a combination of manual therapy, targeted therapeutic technology, and progressive rehabilitative exercise.
Most shoulder conditions respond within 8–12 sessions. Tendinopathies and post-injury cases may require a longer rehabilitation phase to fully restore function.
Our patient-care team is happy to walk through anything else over the phone or WhatsApp.
Your first visit is a structured 45-minute assessment — full clinical history, postural and movement screening, and a clear explanation of what we find before any treatment plan is designed.
