When the standard answers stop working

The patients we see have usually been somewhere else first.

They have been told to rest, to lose weight, to try physiotherapy. They have been on painkillers for months and the pain comes back as soon as the medication wears off. They have been told that surgery is the next step, and they are looking for another option.

Elite Spine Centres is built for that point in the journey. Our work begins with a structured clinical assessment — postural analysis, movement screening, and a full history — before any treatment is recommended.

Most clinics treat the episode. We treat the mechanism that produces the episode.

The Functional Correction Method

A protocol designed for sustainable correction, not short-term pain relief.

FCM is a multidisciplinary approach developed by Dr. Michael Bryant. It combines the best of modern chiropractic, osteopathy, physiotherapeutic technology, rehabilitative exercise, and lifestyle coaching into a single integrated plan — all under one roof, delivered by a doctor-led team.

01

Modern chiropractic

Precise spinal adjustments, soft tissue mobilisation, and joint manipulation calibrated to the individual presentation — not a template.

02

Osteopathy

Whole-system manual therapy from a London-trained doctor of osteopathy. Reads the body as connected, not as isolated regions.

03

Therapeutic technology

Spinal decompression, low-level laser therapy, radial shockwave, and the super inductive system — applied where the clinical evidence supports them.

04

Rehabilitative exercise

A structured exercise programme designed to rebuild the movement patterns that produced the pain. Done in clinic, then taken home.

05

Lifestyle coaching

Ergonomics, sleep posture, work setup, daily movement — the small variables that determine whether structural correction holds.

FCM is the reason most of our patients arrive after other treatments have stopped working. The five components are not stacked — they are sequenced and integrated to a single plan per patient.

If your condition genuinely needs surgical referral, we will tell you that and refer you on. We are not here to keep patients in care they do not need.

Our anti-commitment

If our care is not the right answer for your pain, we will say so.

Every patient at Elite Spine Centres begins with a 45-minute clinical consultation with a doctor. If, at the end of that consultation, we conclude that chiropractic and rehabilitative care is not clinically appropriate for your condition, we will tell you that directly — and refer you to the right specialist instead.

We do not extend care beyond what your condition requires. We do not sell long treatment packages where a short one would do. The introductory consultation is $88, and you are under no obligation to continue.

What we treat

A specialist remit. A complete clinic.

We focus on conditions where structural correction and rehabilitative therapy produce better long-term outcomes than medication, injection, or surgery — and where most patients have already tried at least one of those.

Services & modalities

Eleven treatment modalities. One clinic. One plan.

Most chronic musculoskeletal conditions need more than a single modality to resolve properly. Elite Spine Centres delivers chiropractic, osteopathy, rehabilitative therapy, and the supporting clinical technologies in one location — sequenced into a coherent plan by the same clinical team.

Manual

Chiropractic care

Spinal adjustments and joint manipulation, calibrated to the individual presentation.

Disc & nerve

Spinal decompression

Non-surgical traction therapy for slipped disc, sciatica, and chronic disc-related pain.

Soft tissue

Low-level laser therapy

Wavelength-calibrated light therapy supporting cellular healing and pain reduction.

Musculoskeletal

Radial shockwave therapy

Targeted acoustic-wave therapy for tendinopathies, scar tissue, and persistent inflammation.

Manual

Myofascial release & osteopathy

Whole-system manual therapy from a London-trained doctor of osteopathy.

Electromagnetic

Super inductive system

High-intensity electromagnetic-field therapy for deep musculoskeletal pain and muscle activation.

Movement

Rehabilitative exercise

Structured exercise prescribed and supervised in clinic, then taken into daily life.

Recovery

Sports massage & stretch therapy

Deep-tissue and assisted-stretch work for athletes, post-injury recovery, and mobility restoration.

Pre-natal

Pregnancy & prenatal care

Gentle, modified chiropractic care designed for pelvic and lower-back pain during pregnancy.

The clinical team

Multidisciplinary by design — chiropractic and osteopathy, trained in three countries.

Most Singapore chiropractic clinics are single-practitioner. Elite Spine Centres is built around a doctor-led clinical team with credentials from the United States, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand — so the right clinician treats the right condition.

I suffered from sciatica and back pain for five years and tried physiotherapy, acupuncture, and massage with no real relief. After a few sessions with Dr. Bryant, along with the tailored exercises he provided to do at home, I noticed a significant improvement in my pain.

Jasmine Wong Sciatica · Five-year history

The clinic is well-organised and the whole team is friendly, professional, and always welcoming. Dr. Mike took the time to explain my condition clearly, using simple terms to help me understand how biomechanics affects my posture and daily habits.

Alex K. Spinal correction · Postural pain

Severe neck and shoulder pain since mid-last year. Physiotherapy helped release the pressure, but the pain kept coming back. Dr. Mike found the fundamental issues. The result has been tremendously improved sleep quality and I am no longer in pain all the time.

Your first consultation

A structured, doctor-led assessment — before any treatment is suggested.

Your first visit is a 45-minute clinical consultation. We do not start treatment until we understand what is producing the pain and whether our care is the right path for your condition.

Step 01

Clinical history

A full review of your symptoms, prior treatment, imaging, and the daily activities that produce or aggravate the pain.

Step 02

Examination

Postural assessment, neurological screening, range-of-motion testing, and orthopaedic evaluation.

Step 03

Clear findings

A plain-language explanation of what we have found, what is producing the pain, and which modalities are clinically indicated.

Step 04

Personalised plan

If care is appropriate, you receive a structured plan: sessions, modalities, and a realistic timeline for measurable change.

Frequently asked

The questions patients ask first.

Anything not answered here, our patient-care team is happy to walk through over the phone or by WhatsApp before you book.

Chiropractic care is widely recognised as safe when performed by trained, registered doctors. Every patient at Elite Spine Centres receives a thorough consultation before any treatment, so we can confirm whether chiropractic and rehabilitative care is clinically appropriate for your condition. If it is not, we will say so.
Most patients feel relief after an adjustment. Some experience a brief soreness similar to after exercise, which usually settles within a day. Every patient is different — the clinician will adjust technique and intensity to your tolerance and your presentation.
It depends on the condition, how long it has been present, and your treatment goals. After the initial assessment, the clinician will give a realistic estimate of the number of sessions and the timeline for measurable change. We do not extend care beyond what your condition requires.

No referral is required. Patients are welcome to book directly. If you have prior imaging — X-ray, MRI, or specialist correspondence — bringing it to the first consultation helps the clinician build a more complete picture from the start.
