What it is

Neck pain in Singapore is most often driven by sustained forward-head posture from screen use, poor sleep ergonomics, or a combination of the two over years. It can also result from acute trauma — whiplash, falls — or from underlying cervical disc dysfunction.

Severe neck and shoulder pain since mid-last year. Physiotherapy helped release the pressure, but the pain kept coming back. Dr. Mike found the fundamental issues. The result has been tremendously improved sleep quality and I am no longer in pain all the time.

If this matches your symptoms

  • Most cases of neck pain are non-surgical when treated with the right protocol.
  • Every patient begins with a structured 45-minute clinical assessment with a doctor — $88 introductory consultation.
  • If our care is not the right path for your condition, we will say so and refer you on.

In most cases, yes. Conservative treatment for neck pain resolves the condition for the majority of patients without surgery. We will tell you honestly if your case is one where surgical consultation is the right path.
No referral is required. If you have prior imaging — X-ray, MRI, specialist correspondence — bringing it to the first consultation helps the clinician build a more complete picture from the start.
