Adjustments are performed by hand or with calibrated instruments depending on patient comfort and clinical indication. Every adjustment is preceded by examination and followed by reassessment — we do not adjust on a fixed schedule independent of clinical findings.
Patients with active acute fracture, advanced osteoporosis with fragility, untreated spinal tumour, or where surgical referral is the appropriate next step. We will say so honestly at the first consultation.
A typical adjustment session is 20–30 minutes. The first consultation is longer — 45 minutes — to allow for full clinical history and examination.
6–12 weeks active treatment, then maintenance as indicated.
