Modified manual therapy and chiropractic for the biomechanical demands of pregnancy. Specialist cushioning allows comfortable positioning at every stage. We work alongside your obstetric team where indicated.
Pregnancy places significant biomechanical demand on the spine, pelvis, and surrounding musculature. Modified chiropractic and manual therapy can reduce the lower-back, pelvic, and sacroiliac pain that affects a large proportion of expectant mothers — particularly through the second and third trimesters.
All treatment is modified for pregnancy. Specialised supportive cushions allow comfortable positioning at every stage. Techniques are gentle, low-force, and selected for the specific demands of the pregnant patient.
High-risk pregnancies should consult their obstetrician first. We work alongside, not in place of, obstetric care.
Each session is typically 30–45 minutes. We work alongside the patient's obstetric care team where indicated.
As needed throughout pregnancy and into the post-partum period.
Our patient-care team is happy to walk through anything else over the phone or WhatsApp.
Your first visit is a structured 45-minute assessment — full clinical history, postural and movement screening, and a clear explanation of what we find before any treatment plan is designed.
