Background

Dr. Sharel's path into chiropractic began at home. She first saw what the profession could do when it helped her mother recover from injury — and later felt it herself, as an active sports enthusiast working back from her own share of sports-related injuries. Chiropractic care was what returned both of them to the activities they loved, and that experience is what set her on a career dedicated to helping others move better and take control of their health.

She holds a Master of Chiropractic (MChiro) from the University of South Wales in the United Kingdom.

Clinical philosophy

Dr. Sharel's care starts with a simple question: what matters most to you? She believes no two treatment plans should look alike — each is built around the individual's needs, lifestyle, and personal goals, and the two of you work together towards results that are meaningful and lasting.

Just as important as the hands-on treatment is what the patient takes away from it. She works to empower people with the knowledge and tools to manage their own health with confidence, so they can get back to doing the things they enjoy most — and stay there.

Conditions and modalities

Dr. Sharel treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions in patients of all ages. Alongside chiropractic care, she is certified in shockwave therapy and in Pitchside First Aid — equipping her to support active individuals on and off the field as readily as those recovering from the everyday strains of work and daily life.
