Chiropractic adjustment — calibrated to your case, not a script.
Modern chiropractic done properly: precise spinal and joint adjustments, calibrated to each patient's clinical findings, delivered by doctors trained in the United States and the United Kingdom. Used where joint restriction is the identified clinical driver — not on a fixed schedule independent of findings.

What it is
Chiropractic care at Elite Spine Centres covers the modern, evidence-informed approach to manual therapy of the spine and joints. It is one component of the Functional Correction Method, used where joint restriction or vertebral subluxation is the identified clinical driver.
How it works
Adjustments are performed by hand or with calibrated instruments depending on patient comfort and clinical indication. Every adjustment is preceded by examination and followed by reassessment — we do not adjust on a fixed schedule independent of clinical findings.
Who it is for
- Slipped disc
- Sciatica
- Back pain
- Neck pain
- Postural and occupational pain
- Sports injury
Contraindications + honest screening
Patients with active acute fracture, advanced osteoporosis with fragility, untreated spinal tumour, or where surgical referral is the appropriate next step. We will say so honestly at the first consultation.
What a session looks like
A typical adjustment session is 20–30 minutes. The first visit is longer — about 60 minutes — to allow for a full assessment and your first treatment in the same appointment.
Typical treatment arc
6–12 weeks active treatment, then maintenance as indicated.
Where this service fits
- Chiropractic care is one component of the broader Functional Correction Method — used in isolation only where a multi-modal plan is not clinically indicated.
- Each session is preceded by a brief reassessment so the treatment evolves with the patient.
- If this modality is not the right fit for your condition, we will say so at the first consultation.

Speak to a clinician about what is causing your pain.
Your first visit is a 60-minute session with a doctor — a full assessment and your first treatment in the same appointment. We take your clinical history, screen your posture and movement, explain what we find in plain language, and begin treatment if your condition is suitable for our care.
